The locomotive is nicknamed "2-spot" after its number plate, and it is a 1912 locomotive built by the Lima Locomotive Works in Lima Ohio. It is a Class B 42-2 (3 cylinders/2-trucks/8 drivers) 42 ton engine. It is a shay and is at the McLean Mill Historic Site.
