MacMillan Bloedel loader toppled over while operator Arvid Johnson was inside. The dogs were not engaged when he swung the arm. The machine ran into the water (Kennedy Boom - Ucluelet Inlet). Arvid was lucky to get out of the roof escape hatch. Loader was an American 700 series.
