In 1897, Little Jakey was purchased Dan & Jim Ferguson, Ontario, for logging and driving thier small sawmill. Sometime in the 1920's it was brought to Deerholme/Glenora, by the Ferguson Bros. In 1954, the engine was purchased Gerry Wellburn, for $750. It was eventually donated to the Cowichan Valley Forest Museum. |
