Description |
Cowichan Valley Railway Locomotive No. 25 (Samson) with the No. 10 caboose at Glenora & Western Railway in Deerholme. There are no passengers and the locomotive and caboose are presumably waiting at the station for people to board. Two small children with their backs facing the camera look at Samson. The No. 10 caboose had a plywood body with metal ladder and plywood platform inside. It was painted red. Exact date unknown, but since this photograph was taken on Wellburn's personal 1-mile railway, it is from c. 1958-64. |
